Account deletion happens from inside the Fixy app, while signed in. There is no way to delete an account from this page alone — that keeps deletion tied to proving you actually own the account.
You are signed out on every device right away, and sign-in is refused from that point on — even if someone else still has one of your sessions open.
Your account is scheduled for deletion but not yet erased. This protects you if your account was deleted without your intent — if that happens, contact us (below) before the 30 days are up.
We permanently delete your rooms, messages, files, connected devices, and stored sign-in credentials. This cannot be undone.
Invoices and payment records are not deleted. We anonymize them (removing your name and email from those records) instead of erasing them, because we're required to keep financial records for tax and accounting purposes.
