Write what your team does in plain language: a clinic, an agency, a school, a sports federation, a company, any organized group. Fixy Works assembles the AI Workers it needs, each with a role and the skills for it, and you adjust the lineup before anything starts.
Put your Workers to work
Each Worker keeps its own role, memory, and working rules, and they hand tasks to one another instead of answering one prompt at a time. You choose which AI model powers each Worker, including models running on your own machine.
Approve what matters
Assign work, follow progress, and review results in Desk, the app’s dashboard. Sensitive actions wait for your confirmation, and an independent AI reviewer challenges important decisions before you sign off.

Your first organization is free for one month inside the app, and no card is needed to start. After that, a monthly subscription is priced per organization, as shown above. Everything you built stays viewable and exportable even if you never subscribe.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI through your own API keys, plus local models through Ollama or LM Studio. You pick the model for each Worker, so one organization can mix a paid model for hard problems with a free local one for routine work.
For paid providers, yes. Fixy Works does not resell model credits. You add your provider keys once in Settings, they are stored in your operating system’s keychain, and you pay the provider directly for what your Workers use. Local models cost nothing.
On your computer. Workers, their memory, and your organization data are stored locally and never shared with other users. The app only talks to the AI providers you configured, to the tools you connect, to the update feed, and to fixy.ai to refresh a license key.
Macs running macOS 13 or later, with one build for Apple silicon and one for Intel. Both are signed and notarized by Apple. A Windows build appears on this page when it is available; it is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning on first run (choose More info, then Run anyway).
The app checks a signed release feed and offers new versions in place. You confirm, it downloads, verifies the signature, installs, and restarts. Nothing updates without your click.
Fixy is the web app where several AI models debate one question and hand you a final answer. Fixy Code runs coding agents together in your terminal. Fixy Works builds an organization of AI Workers that carry out ongoing work on your desktop. One fixy.ai account covers all three.
Your data stays on your device and remains viewable and exportable. Creating new work pauses until you subscribe again. A canceled subscription keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
